It was a combination of Mike and I creating dinner tonight! Mike made his basic Sweet & Idaho Potato Fries in Olive Oil and some SPICY goodness grilled on the Coleman Grill outside.!!!

Mike told me he put some Crushed Peppers and Paprika in the mix. Then he chopped up some Cucumbers and Tomatoes Salad and I added some Olive Oil and Vinegar, Cumin, Paprika, Dried Onion Flakes, and Celtic Salt for a dressing.

Then it was time for dessert and I noticed so many Oranges calling out to me in the Kitchen, so I picked up my New VitaMix Recipe Book and found the Orange Sorbet Dessert Recipe.  It was my first time to use the Agave Natural Sugar Sweetner we got before we purchased the VitaMix at Costco.

We were so impressed with the Agave (the VitaMix Demonstrator was using in his mixes) that we baught the syrup.

So hear are the VitaMix Creations I made (Wednesday):

Wednesday I made Hummus and a Tropical Avocado Salsa… both were fabulous. ! They were so great; I managed to have both for dinner with some Triscuts.
