Low Key Night

I made a Green Salad in the afternoon and ate it for lunch and dinner.

Green Salad:

Bowl of Spring Mix & Spinach

1Bell Pepper



1Cup Palmagranite Seeds

4Green Onions

1Cup Sliced Almonds

Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing with a Slice of Whole Wheat Bread.

For dessert though, I cheated again and had some Flaxseed mix with Berry Sorbet Ice Cream.

Today, waiting for my cousins from Canada to arrive and then Monday we’re going on on Western Carribian Cruise…. what fun!!! I will have to monitor myself with the liquor and the sweats temptations!!!! Eating raw thought shouldn’t be a problem, these cruises have a enough food on them, surely I can find something to eat!!!!
