As I was driving home from a day on the road today, I was speaking with my friend Robin for some of the drive. She asked me how I’m doing on this Raw to Lose 4o eating plan, and I told her is was going well. I’ve lost about 10lbs., I’m working out and something else I notice, I told her. I’ve noticed the eczema I have is not so prevelant these days.! I told her, I wonder if it has to do with the foods I’m eating and the fact that I’m losing weight.

Because after all, I noticed all these health issues; heart pain which turned out to be asthma, eczema, and increased leg pain when I was at my highest 200lbs. And now that I’m dropping the lbs. it seems these problems aren’t so relevant anymore. So, I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing and home for further success. I have a 1 year visit with my M.D. and hope to have great results there.!

Another late day getting meals going. Tonight I made two meals, because I thought I was going to eat one of them earlier… but they’ll both be for dinner.

First I made a Summer Squash, Italian Style my style:

Instead of summer squash I used

2 Cups Yellow Squash

 1 Red Pepper

1 Avocado

1/2Cup Shredded Carrot

1Cup Celery

1 Tomato

6 Cherry Tomatoes

1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning

Then I’m making a Lentil, Barley Stew. Oh this is the best food!!!!

7oz Dried Lentils

1 Small Onion

1 Stalk of Celery

11/2Cup Tomatoes

1/2 Cup Barley

1/tsp. Cumin

1 Potato

2Cups Veggie Soup Stalk

1 Glove Garlis

2 Medium Carrots

1tsp. Dried Rosemary

1/2tsp. Oregano

Celtic Salt

This Lentil, Barley Stew is so great… I couldn’t stop eating this when I first made it!!!!!
