Salad All Day

Salad for lunch and Salad for dinner….  I think I might be turning into a rabbit eating all this Salad. Each one was different though.

For lunch I had a fruit salad on a bed of Greens with a Lemon Vinegar Dressing. For dinner, I had left over Garden Salad with Peppers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Almond, Bok Choy and Oil and Vinegar Dressing. I also ate some Whole Wheat Wraps and Hummus and then had a Peach.

Planning on doing some Pilate/Boxing before bed for my workout.

Even though my weight hasn’t been dropping as fast as I would like in these last 3 weeks… I have noticed I’m fitting much comfortably in my clothes. That feels the best of all. Now I don’t have to go out and buy bigger clothes. Instead, a big ego boost, I’ll have to eventually buy smaller sized clothes.
