You know, I’ve come to realize that all the weight I initially lost was just water weight.. Because I’ve blogged about this before, I can’t seem to leave the weight I’m at right now. There’s no moving down.!!!
So, after talking to some people it’s clear what needs to happen.
1. I need to start working out more.
2. I need to monitor my food intake amounts!!!
Yesterday(Tuesday) I was gone all day long and packed up my Juices(Carrot/Beet & Carrot/Celery) and my Barley Max.
For lunch I ate at Noah’s Deli and I had a Portobello Mushroom Salad with Spinach, Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinigarette. And an Artichoke Chick Pea salad with Olive Oil. Not a big hit with me!
And for dinner, I ate over at my friend Robin’s house and we had a nice Garden Salad with Walnuts, Carrots, Celery and a Ginger Dressing. That was great.
