We both got up bright and early to make it to the 8:4am Service at the National Cathedral. We managed to take our Breakfast of 1tsp. Barley Max Powder mixed with 4-8oz of Distilled Water.

During the service we noticed a woman hobbling into the service from the side entrance. She had a cane that she walked with and I also noticed,  she didn’t stand with the rest of us and had a bit of shake as she sat during the service.  I wasn’t sure what she had, but I knew there was a medical condition causing her to shake like that.

After I came back from taking the Eucarist I had to pass by her and I noticed she was crying. I asked her if she was O.K. and if there was anything I can do for her? She thanked me and told me she was alright.

But after the service, she seemed like she was in more pain and was crying more. So another person decided to get some help for her, while me and my girlfriend sat with her while they got her in a wheelchair to take her to the hospital. I found out while we were waiting with her that she has M.S. and that her name is Rachel. She also told me it was hell getting older and I asked her how old she was? She told me she was in her 40’s…. and I thought to myself, she’s not much older than I’m going to turn next month.

After everyone came and wisked her away I thought, could a vegan diet and drinking the Barley Max and Juicing help Rachel???? I guess I’ll never know the answer to that.

I found a Robeks Fruit Smoothie place to get a fresh Vegetable Juice after the service because I didn’t make anything before we left the house. And I remembered the Robeks has fresh juices on the menu. So I ordered an 12oz Carrot, Celery, Spinach Juice and was so happy to be able to get that out at a food place.

Then 30 minutes before lunch we took 1tsp of Barley Max Powder mixed with 4-8oz of Distilled Water and headed to Shamshuri Persian Restaurant. My girlfriend’s had Persian Food before and I knew she wasn’t going to eat a Beef Kabob, so I ordered the Salmon and Lima Bean Rice. We both split the meal, which was more than enough for the both of us. While we were waiting for the food though, I did order a Regular Tea and snacked on the White Flat Bread with Butter.

To help walk off some of the bad food we ate… we headed over to the Leesburg Outlet Mall to do some more shopping!!!

Unfortunately, the afternoon got away from us and we didn’t take our Mid Afternoon Juice or Barley Max. We did stop off at the Panera Bread near the Airport and had our final meal together of Half Greek Salad and Half Veggie Sandwich on Tomato Basil Bread. We said our goodbyes and Mike & I headed home for the Sunday Night T.V. Schedule of; Extreme Makeover, Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters.

During the show, Mie and I polished off the rest of the Vanilla Lemon Whoopie Pie Cakes.
